JETABLE UV ADHESION PROMOTER FOR RICOH G5i and Xaar 1201 PRINTHEADS
JP992 UV cure Jettable Adhesion Promoter guarantees UV ink adhesion to metals, glass, tiles, and ceramic materials. This UV Adhesion Promoter is formulated for use with Ricoh G5i, Xaar 1201, and other print heads which accept inks with a viscosity of 8-10 cps.
Similar to UV ink, UV jettable primers are printed on specific areas of a part and dried with UV light. To use this adhesion promoter, the UV printer requires an additional print head.
This digital primer improves UV ink adhesion between the UV ink and the material.
JP992 eliminates the need to switch inks for different substrates. This high-performance jettable primer gets rid of wipe-on primers in the work environment.
